Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Northern Penobscot, Southeast Aroostook, Northeast Aroostook, and Northwest Aroostook Counties. * WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds will cause some blowing and drifting of the snow in the open fields of Aroostook and Northern Penobscot counties. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures will be falling below freezing which may cause untreated surfaces to become slippery.
