Do not drive cars through flooded areas. Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Locally dense fog will temporarily reduce the visibility to a quarter mile or less in spots through 10 am this morning. Motorists are advised to reduce speed and be prepared to encounter sudden changes in the visibility. Expect the fog to quickly improve later this morning.
