* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall and saturated ground is expected. * WHERE...A portion of Southwest California, including the following counties, Riverside and San Diego. * WHEN...Until 300 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 101 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated widespread moderate rain with 1 hour rates of 0.25 inches per hour. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
