Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
To report flooding, go to our website at weather.gov/iln and submit
your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties in west central Ohio, Darke and
Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 330 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1226 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5
and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts
of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible.

Sidney, Versailles, Newport, Union City, Anna, Fort Loramie,
Ansonia, Hardin, Russia, Port Jefferson, Osgood, North Star,
Rossburg, Yorkshire, Houston, Willowdell, Lake Loramie State
Park, Newbern, Mccartyville and Brock.
