Wills Creek At Cambridge affecting Guernsey County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wills Creek at Cambridge. * WHEN...Until late Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Flood waters begin affecting apartments along Wills Creek Valley Road. Southgate Parkway will also begin flooding near Woodlawn Avenue. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:15 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 16.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 3:15 PM EDT Tuesday was 16.8 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 18.9 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning to 10.9 feet early Friday afternoon. It will rise to 11.0 feet early Saturday morning.
