At 812 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 8 miles southeast of Kincaid Springs to near Tollesboro, moving east at 60 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage to trees and power lines. Locations impacted include... Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, West Union, New Boston, Manchester, Peebles, Vanceburg, South Webster, Rosemount, Clarktown, Rome, Lucasville, Sciotodale, Blue Creek, Beaver, Rarden, Otway, Concord, Trinity, and Saint Paul.
