A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for northeastern
Kentucky...and south central Ohio.
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

At 812 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 8 miles southeast of Kincaid Springs to near
Tollesboro, moving east at 60 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
damage to trees and power lines.

Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, West Union, New Boston, Manchester,
Peebles, Vanceburg, South Webster, Rosemount, Clarktown, Rome,
Lucasville, Sciotodale, Blue Creek, Beaver, Rarden, Otway, Concord,
Trinity, and Saint Paul.
