* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following counties in central Ohio, Fayette, Franklin, Madison and Pickaway. * WHEN...Until 130 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1010 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Columbus, Westerville, Reynoldsburg, Grove City, Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Hilliard, Pickerington, Washington Court House, Worthington, Bexley, Canal Winchester, Groveport, West Jefferson, Ashville, Mount Sterling, South Bloomfield, Minerva Park, Jeffersonville and Bloomingburg.
