Scioto River at Chillicothe. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Scioto River at Chillicothe. * WHEN...From Thursday morning to Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Kellenberger Road near Yellowbud is flooded. Flooding occurs along stretches of the recreational bike trail, with water possibly encroaching along Stewart Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 10.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Thursday morning to a crest of 16.3 feet early Thursday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday morning. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
