Big Darby Creek at Darbyville. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Scioto River at Chillicothe. * WHEN...From Thursday morning to Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Lowland areas flood along the Scioto River in Ross County. Backwater flooding from the Scioto River affects Yellowbud Creek, with lowland flooding near Yellowbud. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 12.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Thursday morning to a crest of 16.6 feet Thursday evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Friday morning. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
