Rock River at Como affecting Whiteside County.
.Uncertainty with routed flow from recent rains means confidence in
the river reaching flood stage is low at this time. If the current
forecast holds through early afternoon, a warning may be issued.

* WHERE...Rock River at Como.
* WHEN...From late Thursday night to late Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 12.8 feet, Water begins to encroach into properties
on Regan Road northeast of Como.
