inches, with the lowest amounts in far Northeast Aroostook from
Presque Isle north toward Madawaska. Winds gusting as high as 35
mph.

* WHEN...From 8 AM this morning to 11 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.
Gusty winds and increasingly wet snowfall could bring down tree
