Stronger winds are possible along and immediately downslope of higher terrain, including portions of the Mogollon Rim, San Francisco Peaks, White Mountains, Black Mesa, Chuska Mountains, and Kaibab Plateau. * WHERE...Portions of northern Arizona including areas in Coconino, Navajo, and Apache counties. * WHEN...From this evening through Friday evening. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Areas of blowing dust will lead to reduced visibilities, resulting in hazardous driving conditions.
