* WHEN...From this afternoon to early Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Lowland areas flood along the Scioto River
in Ross County. Backwater flooding from the Scioto River affects
Yellowbud Creek, with lowland flooding near Yellowbud.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 15.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon to a crest of 16.7 feet early Friday morning.
It will then fall below flood stage Friday evening.
