Scioto River at Chillicothe. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Scioto River at Chillicothe. * WHEN...From this afternoon to late Friday evening. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Kellenberger Road near Yellowbud is flooded. Flooding occurs along stretches of the recreational bike trail, with water possibly encroaching along Stewart Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 15.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 16.4 feet early Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Friday afternoon. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
