contribute to extreme fire behavior.

The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from noon to 7 PM MDT Friday.
* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 437 in the southern Nebraska
Panhandle, especially Kimball County. Fire weather zones 430 and
431 in Laramie County Wyoming.
* WIND...South to southeast 15 to 20 mph gusting up to 35 mph.
* HUMIDITY...Around 15 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
