* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by upstream Vanceboro dam release continues. * WHERE...A portion of DownEast Maine, including the following county, Washington. * WHEN...Until 200 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding is occurring of low lying properties on Salmon Brook Road in Vanceboro. Possible minor flooding at camps along the St. Croix River on Loon Bay Road in Lambert Lake Township and Dyer Township. Additional minor flooding in rural areas of Eastern Washington County above the Grand Falls Flowage is expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1115 AM EDT, an upstream floodgate release at the Vanceboro Dam is expected to continue to cause minor flooding in the advisory area. - As of 11:00AM the flow being released from the Vanceboro Dam is 6125 cfs. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
