* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Minor flooding begins at 18 feet, flooding
of low lying pastures along the west bank.

- At 9:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 4.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late Thursday morning to a crest of 19.0 feet Thursday
evening.
