* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Southeast Alabama, including the following areas, Coffee,
Dale, Geneva, Henry and Houston, Florida, including the following
areas, Calhoun, Central Walton, Coastal Bay, Coastal Franklin,
Coastal Gulf, Coastal Wakulla, Gadsden, Holmes, Inland Bay, Inland
Franklin, Inland Gulf, Inland Wakulla, Jackson, Leon, Liberty,
North Walton, South Walton and Washington, and Georgia, including
the following areas, Baker, Calhoun, Clay, Colquitt, Decatur,
Dougherty, Early, Grady, Lee, Miller, Mitchell, Quitman, Randolph,
Seminole, Terrell, Thomas, Tift, Turner and Worth.
* WHEN...From Wednesday evening through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Heavy rainfall may lead to flash flooding, especially in
urban and low-lying areas. This may also result in excessive
runoff and lead to flooding of rivers, creeks, and streams.
