The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Wisconsin...Illinois... Rock River At Afton affecting Rock and Winnebago Counties. ROCK RIVER near LEBANON-3 E-HWY MM BRIDGE affecting Dodge County. Fox River Lower Near New Munster affecting Kenosha and Lake Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Fox River Lower near New Munster. * WHEN...Until Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 12.1 feet, Water is up to the first floor levels of some homes in the Town of Wheatland and Village of Salem Lakes area along Riverside Drive and Shorewood Drive. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 2:00 AM CDT Wednesday was 12.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Saturday morning and continue falling to 9.9 feet Tuesday evening. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.2 feet on 06/19/1996. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
