to take action should flooding develop.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Alabama, including the following areas,
Baldwin Central, Baldwin Coastal, Baldwin Inland, Butler, Conecuh,
Covington, Crenshaw and Escambia and northwest Florida, including
the following areas, Escambia Coastal, Escambia Inland, Okaloosa
Coastal, Okaloosa Inland, Santa Rosa Coastal and Santa Rosa Inland.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional heavy rains may affect the watch area through this
evening which could lead to flash flooding. Portions of the
watch area have received as much as around 4 inches of rain,
and an additional 1 to 2.5 inches are possible through 1 am
tonight.
