* WHAT...Minor coastal flooding is expected, and moderate coastal flooding is possible. * WHERE...Coastal Jefferson, Coastal Wakulla, Coastal Taylor and Coastal Dixie Counties. * WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 8 PM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Inundation of 2 to 4 feet above normally dry ground is expected along the immediate coast within the warning area. This will result in flooding of roadways in Panacea, Saint Marks, Steinhatchee, Horseshoe Beach, and Steinhatchee. Some non- elevated structures, particularly those in Suwannee and Horseshoe Beach will be most vulnerable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The period of greatest concern will be during the high tide cycle around 5 AM EDT this morning, with a period of secondary concern during the high tide around 3 to 4 PM EDT this afternoon.
