* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following counties in east central Indiana, Union and Wayne. The following counties in west central Ohio, Darke and Preble. * WHEN...Until 545 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1031 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional heavy rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Eaton, Liberty, New Paris, New Madison, Fountain City, West College Corner, Salem, Abington, Brownsville, Wayne Lakes, Eldorado, West Manchester, College Corner, Spring Grove, Bethel, Hollansburg, Boston, Castine and Whitewater.
