The National Weather Service in Cleveland OH has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Ohio... Scioto River Near Larue affecting Marion County. For the Scioto River...including Larue...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Scioto River near Larue. * WHEN...From late tonight to early Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flooding occurs in lowland areas south of the Village of La Rue. Roads inundated include High Street, Larue Prospect Road, and parts of Vine Street. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 11.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 12.2 feet tomorrow morning.
