* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following counties, Mahoning and Trumbull. * WHEN...Until 545 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 332 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Youngstown, Warren, Boardman, Niles, Campbell, Hubbard, Canfield, Cortland, Sebring, Lordstown, Kinsman, Hilltop, Vienna Center, Maplewood Park, Austintown, Struthers, Girard, Vienna, McDonald and Mecca. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
