deaths occur in vehicles.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northern New Hampshire, including the
following counties, Southern Carroll and Southern Grafton.
* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall over saturated
ground. Small stream flooding is expected.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 629 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain
falling over hilly terrain with saturated ground conditions.
Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
