For the Scioto River...including Larue, Prospect...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Scioto River near Larue. * WHEN...Until tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, River at bankfull in the Village of La Rue. Widespread flooding on area roads including School Street. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM EDT Friday the stage was 12.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:00 AM EDT Friday was 12.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.3 feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 13.0 feet on 03/04/2023. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
