Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of central and southern New Hampshire, including
the following counties, in central New Hampshire, Belknap,
Merrimack and Sullivan. In southern New Hampshire, Cheshire,
Hillsborough and Rockingham.
* WHEN...Until noon EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 849 AM EDT, Doppler radar a line of moderate to heavy
rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
over an already saturated area. This additional rain will
result in minor flooding.

Laconia, Exeter, Claremont and Franklin.
