Deens Landing and Linton Carter Landing boat ramps, picnic areas and parking lots begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM EDT Friday the stage was 73.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late Sunday morning and continue rising to 75.4 feet early Wednesday morning.
