The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Ohio... Black River At Elyria affecting Lorain County. Killbuck Creek Near Killbuck affecting Holmes and Wayne Counties. For the Black River...including Elyria...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Killbuck Creek...including Killbuck...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Killbuck Creek near Killbuck. * WHEN...Until Monday evening. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Flooded roads in and near Killbuck include Water Street, County Road 621, State Route 60 south, State Route 520, as well as local low lying roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 PM EDT Friday the stage was 15.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 14.5 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 4:00 PM EDT Friday was 15.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.3 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
