* WHAT...South to southwest winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph, diminishing this evening. * WHERE...Interstate 5 Corridor, Western Antelope Valley Foothills and Eastern Antelope Valley Foothills. * WHEN...Until 9 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and make driving difficult, especially for drivers of high profile vehicles. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The gusty winds will impact portions of Interstate 5 near Tejon Pass as well as Highways 14 and 138 in the Antelope Valley foothills.
