The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Florida... Chipola River at Marianna (US 90) affecting Jackson County. For the Chipola River...including Marianna (US 90)...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Chipola River at Marianna (US 90). * WHEN...From Sunday afternoon to early Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Water spreads out across the flood plain north of Marianna near Caverns Road inundating much of the Citizens Lodge Park. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 14.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 20.2 feet Monday evening. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 20.1 feet on 12/06/2018. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
