A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for northwestern
Illinois...and east central Iowa.
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
At 713 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Donahue to Davenport to Taylor Ridge, moving northeast
at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

Davenport, Moline, Rock Island, Bettendorf, East Moline, Silvis,
Eldridge, DeWitt, Milan, Colona, Le Claire, Coal Valley, Hampton,
Port Byron, Blue Grass, Buffalo, Andalusia, Rapids City, Princeton,
and Long Grove.

Interstate 74 in Iowa between mile markers 1 and 5.
Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 288 and 306.
Interstate 80 in Illinois between mile markers 1 and 5.
Interstate 74 in Illinois between mile markers 1 and 11.
Interstate 280 between mile markers 1 and 18.
