inches, highest over the higher terrain and along the foothills.
Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.
* WHERE...In Montana, Bighorn Canyon and Southern Big Horn. In
Wyoming, Sheridan Foothills.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Slushy, slick roads could create hazardous driving
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact today's morning
commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold and wet conditions will be hazardous to
