cars through flooded areas.

Light snow over the Madison Valley is resulting in visibility
reductions to a mile or less at times. Although most road
surfaces are still too warm for snow accumulation, pavement
segments have been icy and snow covered near Norris Hill. Be
prepared for variable winter driving conditions if traveling this
morning.
