* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 943 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding
in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have
fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional
rainfall is expected.
