the cities and larger towns, while some rural valleys could see
daybreak low temperatures in the mid to upper 20s.
* WHERE...The Ridge and Valley Region of Central PA and the Middle
Susquehanna Valley.
* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation.
