Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles, and blowing dust could reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust will develop Thursday afternoon and will be more significant south of I-40, especially in southern Chaves County where very low visibility may create dangerous driving conditions.
