IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Colby, Oakley, Grinnell, Monument, Russell Springs, Mingo, and Angelus. This includes Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 50 and 53, and between mile markers 56 and 88.
