* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following counties, Cook, DuPage and Will. * WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 548 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported ponding of water on roadways in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience minor flooding include...
