drainage areas is imminent or may already be occurring. Persons in
the advisory area should use caution and avoid flood waters.

* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following
counties, Cook, DuPage and Will.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 548 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported ponding of
water on roadways in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5
inches of rain have fallen.

Chicago, Joliet, Naperville, Cicero, Hammond, Bolingbrook,
Skokie, Des Plaines, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Oak Lawn,
