* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Atoka, Bryan, Carter, Coal, Comanche, Cotton, Jefferson, Johnston, Love, Marshall, Murray, Pontotoc and Stephens and northern Texas, including the following county, Clay. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Very heavy rainfall over the last week has led to widespread runoff, which has greatly reduced the amount of rain needed for flooding to occur.
