* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Haskell and Jones. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 654 PM CDT, thunderstorms with very heavy rain over northcentral Jones and Central Haskell county will moves slowly northeast.Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Haskell, Stamford, Anson, Weinert, Paint Creek, Lake Stamford Marina, Avoca, Irby, Tuxedo, The Intersection Of Us-180 And Farm Road 600, Funston and Us-277 Near The Haskell-Knox County Line. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
