East Cache Creek near Walters affecting Cotton and Comanche Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring. * WHERE...East Cache Creek near Walters. * WHEN...Until late this morning. * IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Flood depths to 1 foot occur over croplands... pastures... and low-lying local roads along and near the creek in southern Comanche County and Cotton County. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 22.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The East Cache Creek is expected to fall below flood stage early this morning and continue falling. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
