At 559 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13 miles southeast of Easley, or over West Pelzer, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Simpsonville, Fountain Inn, Piedmont, Williamston, West Pelzer, Donaldson Center, and Fork Shoals.
