* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...A portion of north central Illinois, including the following counties, Boone, Ogle and Winnebago. * WHEN...Until 530 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks, and roadways may flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 227 PM CDT, automated rain gauges indicated that between 1 and 3 inches of rain has fallen. Local media reports flooding of roadways. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
