following counties, Boone, Ogle and Winnebago.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks, and
roadways may flood.

- At 227 PM CDT, automated rain gauges indicated that between 1
and 3 inches of rain has fallen. Local media reports flooding
of roadways.

South Beloit, Rockton, Poplar Grove, Byron, Rockford Airport,

and Caledonia.
