* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...The following counties in southeast Indiana, Dearborn and Ripley. the following counties in northern Kentucky, Boone, Campbell and Kenton. The following county in southwest Ohio, Hamilton. * WHEN...Until 315 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1209 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Cincinnati, Covington, Norwood, Erlanger, Fort Thomas, Newport, Madeira, Cheviot, Villa Hills, Bellevue, Deer Park, Fort Wright, Dayton, Lawrenceburg, Greendale, Ludlow, Crescent Springs, Aurora, Hidden Valley and Mariemont.
