At 1111 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Cuba, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and tennis ball size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. Locations impacted include... Sullivan, Cuba, Bourbon, Leasburg, St. Cloud, and Oak Hill. This also includes Onondaga Cave State Park and Meramec State Park. This includes Interstate 44 in Missouri between exits 210 and 228.
