Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Brazos River at US 59, Sugar Land, TX. * WHEN...From late tonight until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 65.5 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins as water escapes the main channel below the gauge. Baudet Road southeast of Richmond is threatened.
