South Fork Kentucky River at Oneida affecting Clay County. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...South Fork Kentucky River at Oneida. * WHEN...From this morning to Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Water is over the road at the bridge and enters the back shop near the track. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:30 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 19.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of around 22.9 feet this morning and then will recede. However, the river will run high into tonight. - Action stage is 18.0 feet. - Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
