county, Franklin.
* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 805 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
One more round of very heavy rain is expected this morning
and localized rainfall totals could exceed 3 inches.

Carnesville, Royston, Lavonia, Gumlog, Canon, Franklin
Springs, Bowersville, Martin, Victoria Bryant State Park,
