* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Indiana, including the following county, Dubois. * WHEN...Until 330 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Though the heavy rain has stopped, some lingering flooding problems may still exist. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1226 AM EDT, no heavy rain was falling, but it will take several hours for all the water from earlier heavy rain to work through local drainage systems and streams. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
